2.) It would be nice if you would sign my guestbook however you dont HAVE too! but the way i see it is if you cant take 2 minutes out of your time to sign my guestbook then why should i take 30mins or more to review your site?
3.) No sites with to many pop-up adds eg: expage, angelfire etc.
4.) No porn, hatesites or illegal material, some nudity is ok but no over doing it.
5.) HTML and Layout must be made by yourself. Why would you want me to review a site you didnt make?
6.) You can be re-reviewed after you have changed your layout
