Ive slightly adjusted the current layout image and html coding i think i looks so much better then what i originally started with. Im current working on making matching animated layout buttons. Im a very busy bee. Plus i got a new job ^_^ working at the bookshop, Not much pay but its still good.

The layout isn't working on any of my browsers 
The main image shows up behind the main frame. I opened the image up in a new window and it looks good though ^_^
